Q: What are the convention hours?

Q: When can I buy a pass?

Sales begin on April 19, 2018. See the Attendee Registration page for more details.

Q: What are the attendee badge prices?

Weekend Pass: $60 CAD (includes HST), look for the early bird code!
Friday Pass: $35 CAD (includes HST)
Saturday Pass: $40 CAD (includes HST)
Sunday Pass: $30 CAD (includes HST)
VIP Pass $150 CAD (includes HST), less than 200 available!

Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) with a pass. One child per adult. Children can be registered when picking up passes.

Q: Can I purchase a pass through a third party?

KimiKon does not endorse any passes sold through a third party or after market. All official Passes are sold and issued through Ticketbud, or onsite at the convention.

Q: Where do I pick up my Pass?

Passes can be picked up at the registration booth outside Enercare Centre Hall C starting on Thursday, October 19, 2018. Mailing options are available later.

Q: Can I pick up Passes on my friend's behalf?

Yes, as long as you have a copy of their registration confirmation and a photocopy of valid photo ID. Acceptable forms: Driver's License, Student ID, PR Card with secondary ID, Passport, Credit Card.

Note: KimiKon does not accept any responsibility for passes missing, lost, or stolen after pick up.

Q: Am I supposed to use my real name at Registration?

Yes, KimiKon requires you to use your legal name on your registration and on your badge.

Q: I made a mistake on my registration. How can I correct it?

Great question! We all make mistakes, so please go to our Contact Us page with "Registration Issue" as the Inquiry Title and have the registration confirmation number mentioned in "More Details".

Q: When can I reserve a table or booth?

If you wish to be an exhibitor as an Artist or Vendor at the show please email your inquiry to

There is no more requirement of deposits for reservations as there is a current wait list, however, as soon as we receive your inquiry will update you with the status of your application.

Q: What are booth and table prices?

Artist Alley : PREMIUM Artist Table. = SOLD OUT
REGULAR Artist Table = $250.00 CDN + 13% HST

Vendor Booth: PREMIUM Vendor booth = $700.00 CDN + 13% HST (please email for availability)
REGULAR Vendor booth = $ 550.00 CDN + 13% HST

REGULAR Industry booth = $400.00 + 13% HST
